The drink was developed in the late 90`s of the last century by the German bartender Uwe Rusch, traveling around the world to find inspirations for new Cocktail creations. Amazed by the taste of Pisco Sour he was inspired by a Peruvian friend Victor O. Mejia "Don Victor" and his own personal experiences made in Lima, Peru.
He mixed the first time a Mojito with Pisco made of the famous "Quebranta" grape. The result was overwhelming! The Pisco Mojito was created. Within a few years, the Cocktail community worldwide accepted the Cocktail and today there should be no bar without Pisco Mojito.
