UNC Holding LLC will take its business to the Lima, Peru based Translatina Spirits S.A.C., a company that on Thursday announced an agreement of exclusive distribution.
Once starting, Translatina Spirits S.A.C. would be the largest spirits distributor in terms of niche products in Peru. UNC Holding LLC is terminating its distribution business in Peru. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
"The UNC Holding LLC is grateful to all of our distributors for the many years our relationship has existed in Peru. … We selected Translatina Spirits S.A.C. because of their expertise, national footprint and expressed dedication to the service of our iconic brand," Uwe Rusch, CEO & President of UNC Holding LLC, said in a statement Monday.
