Preparation & Serving Time: Depending on the shaker volume, the average preparation time, using the CORDIALS beverage concept, can be reduced to approximately one minute per up to 3 or more Cocktails & Long Drinks, ensuring a customer friendly  "Serving Time" that will help increase sales. Most importantly, the customers will get their drinks fresh and fruity.

  •     Alcoholic -> 4 cl Base + 14 cl Mixer ≡ 1.4 f.OZ (US) + 4.7 f.OZ (US) Mixer ≡ Ratio 1:3 (1 Part of Base + 3 Parts of Mixer)
    • Recommended Juice Mixer = 100% natural processed Juices without Calcium

Inventory Control: In dependence of the glass & ice cube sizes CORDIALS serves out of one 100 cl bottle/ 33.82 f.OZ (US) 50 to 100 non-alcoholic and 25 to 50 alcoholic portions of Cocktails & Long Drinks. Depending on the volume of ice cubes added to the drinks, the quantity of portions served can double up to 100 for non-alcoholic and 50 to alcoholic Cocktails.

The preparation of the CORDIALS Cocktails & Long Drinks requires no additional ingredients beyond the mixers!

Inventory Investment/ Cost: The CORDIALS beverage concept lowers the cost of ingredients and raw material compared to the traditional bar tending method. CORDIALS cost per Cocktail or Long Drinks; 

  •     Non-Alcoholic -> net cost between $0.30 and $0.60 per portion (USA)
  •     Alcoholic -> net cost between $0.65 and $1.30 per portion (USA)

That includes the costs for the spirits and all ingredients, such like syrup, fast perishable cream and other necessary raw materials which are already a part of the CORDIALS bases, except the costs for fruit decoration, Juice, Soda or Sparkling Water.
